If something went wrong, tell us
A purchase that never arrived, a punishment you think is unfair, how a staff member treated you, or anything else. Write down what happened and the team will look into it. You will see its status and any reply right here.
What you can report
Pick a reason
- Store purchasesA rank or items that never arrived, double charges, payments with no delivery.
- PunishmentsA ban, mute or kick you want reviewed.
- Staff complaintsThe conduct of a moderator or an administrator.
- OtherGiveaway prizes, server bugs or any other problem.
