The rules

General rules

• 1Respect

  Every player must behave respectfully on the server and in the official channels. The following is prohibited:

  • Insulting, harassing or threatening other players.
  • Discrimination of any kind.
  • Repeatedly starting conflicts.
  • Sharing other players' personal information without their consent.

  Penalty: warning, mute or suspension depending on severity.

• 2Spam and advertising

  The following is not allowed:

  • Spamming or flooding.
  • Excessive use of capital letters.
  • Promoting other servers, Discords, websites or communities without permission.

  Penalty: mute or suspension depending on severity.

• 3Nicknames and skins

  Names and skins may not be:

  • Offensive.
  • Racist.
  • Sexual or explicit.
  • Political.
  • Impersonating other players or staff members.

Gameplay rules

• 4PvP

  PvP is only allowed when both sides want to take part, or inside the areas meant for it. The following is not allowed:

  • TP killing.
  • Spawn killing.
  • Combat logging.
  • Disconnecting during a fight to avoid the consequences.
• 5Kill farming

  Killing each other on purpose to get rewards is forbidden: you cannot kill another player (or let yourself be killed) to farm money, points, items, keys or anything that is earned by killing or sold in the store. The following is not allowed:

  • Killing a friend, an alt account or someone who agreed with you, over and over, to pile up kills or rewards.
  • Letting yourself be killed on purpose, taking turns to die or meeting up just to trade deaths.
  • Using alt accounts to kill yourself and keep whatever drops.
  • Any similar setup to inflate stats, leaderboards or the server economy.

  Penalty: everything obtained this way is removed, and it goes from a warning to a suspension; if it happens again, a ban. It applies to whoever lets themselves be killed too, not only to the killer.

• 6Maps and mods that give an advantage

  Bedrock cannot install mods, so anything that shows Java players more than the game does breaks it for half the community. Maps and minimaps are forbidden, and so is any mod that lets you see what you cannot see by playing. The following is not allowed:

  • Minimaps or world maps (Xaero’s, JourneyMap and the like), even just to find your way around.
  • Saving, marking or sharing other players’ bases, coordinates or routes taken from a map.
  • Seeing through blocks: xray, ore, chest or player radars, and fullbright.
  • Any client or mod that gives you an advantage a Bedrock player cannot have.

  What is allowed is anything that gives no advantage: texture packs, shaders and performance mods (Sodium, OptiFine and similar). And the paper map from the game itself, which you craft by playing and is part of Minecraft.

  Penalty: a fine of 1,000,000 to 10,000,000 depending on how much was gained, and in serious cases your house or plot is seized. If it happens again, a ban.

• 7Theft and scams (roleplay)

  Theft and scams are allowed as long as they are part of the roleplay and fit the server's setting. The following is not allowed:

  • Using bugs, exploits or any server fault to gain an advantage.
  • Impersonating staff members or using false information about the server to deceive other players.
  • Running scams involving real money, ranks, external products or anything outside the server.
  • Breaking any other server rule during a theft or a scam.

  Losses caused by thefts or scams carried out properly within the roleplay will not be refunded by the staff.

• 8Griefing and unprotected builds

  Unprotected builds may be looted or destroyed by other players. Protecting your builds and belongings is your own responsibility. The following is not allowed:

  • Using bugs or exploits to get into protected builds.
  • Destroying builds or areas protected by other players.
  • Using lava, water, TNT or other methods to get around the server's protections.
  • Griefing protected areas, events or server-run builds.

  The staff will not restore builds or return items lost because a base was left unprotected, unless there was a server fault or a breach of these rules.

• 9Builds

  You may build freely as long as you:

  • Do not intrude on other players' protected areas.
  • Do not block important paths or entrances.
  • Do not create offensive or inappropriate builds.
  • Respect protected zones and the server's public areas.
• 10Map protection

  The following is prohibited:

  • Damaging the server's protected areas.
  • Destroying event structures.
  • Altering monuments or official builds.
  • Breaking mob spawners or server-run structures.
• 11Deliberate lag

  Causing lag is not allowed through:

  • Oversized farms.
  • Large numbers of animals.
  • Abusive redstone systems.
  • Automatic machines that hurt server performance.

  The staff may remove such builds without warning if they harm server stability.

• 12Bugs and exploits

  The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Duplicating items.
  • Exploiting server bugs to gain an advantage.
  • Hiding bugs from the staff.

  Any bug you find must be reported straight away.

• 13Hacks

  The use of the following is strictly prohibited:

  • X-Ray.
  • KillAura.
  • Fly.
  • Auto-clickers.
  • Scripts.
  • Abusive macros.
  • Modified clients that give an advantage.
  • Any other software that alters gameplay.

  Penalty: permanent ban.

Economy and accounts

• 14Economy

  The following is prohibited:

  • Earning money through alt accounts.
  • Exploiting bugs in the server's economy.
  • Trading server money, items or ranks for real money without approval from the administration.
• 15Accounts

  The following is not allowed:

  • Sharing accounts to dodge penalties.
  • Creating alt accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

Staff and community

• 16Staff investigations

  Staff members may:

  • Check inventories.
  • Review logs.
  • Investigate reports.
  • Ask a player to cooperate during an investigation.

  Refusing to cooperate or obstructing an investigation may lead to a penalty.

• 17Reports

  False or manipulated reports may be penalised. If you find hacks, bugs, rule breaches or inappropriate behaviour, use the server's ticket system.

• 18Ranks

  Buying a rank:

  • Does not grant immunity from the rules.
  • Does not remove penalties.
  • Does not grant privileges over other players.

  All players are treated equally.

Store and penalties

• 19Purchases, ranks and refunds

  Buying a rank, perk, virtual currency or any other product available in the IMAGINITYCRAFT store is entirely voluntary and is intended to support the upkeep and development of the server.

  All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless applicable law provides otherwise. If a player breaks the server rules and receives a temporary or permanent penalty, they will have no right to claim any refund, full or partial, for VIP ranks, coins, bundles, perks or any other product bought in the store.

  Buying a rank or perk does not guarantee permanent access to the server, since every player, regardless of what they have purchased, must follow the rules. By making a purchase in the official IMAGINITYCRAFT store, the player declares that they have read and fully accepted these rules and the conditions set out here.

• 20Penalties

  Penalties will depend on:

  • How serious the breach was.
  • Whether it is a repeat offence.
  • Whether it was deliberate.
  • The player's record.

  The staff may adjust the penalty when the situation calls for it.

• 21Appeals

  If you believe a penalty was applied incorrectly, you can appeal by opening a ticket on Discord. The final decision rests with the administration team after reviewing the case.
