   Open Minecraft

   Version 1.21.x. Java Edition and Bedrock Edition both work, and they share the same world: wherever you join from, your progress is the same.

   Add the server

   Under Multiplayer, hit Add server and paste the address. On Java the address is enough; on Bedrock you also need to fill in the port in its own field.

   Join and pick your path

   You spawn in a safe zone. From there it's your call: build your base inland, set up shop in the market, or head out to the borders, where nothing is protected and loot changes hands.

• ?Can I play on Bedrock, or is it Java only?

  Both work. Java and Bedrock share the same world, the same inventory and the same progress, so you can play from your computer one day and from your phone or console the next without losing anything.

  The address is the same either way. The only difference is that Bedrock also asks for the port, 25621, in its own field.

• ?Which Minecraft version do I need?

  1.21.x. There are no mods, texture packs or third-party launchers to install: the server runs on vanilla Minecraft.

• ?Can people rob or destroy what I build?

  It depends where you build. In the safe areas you get free claims to protect your base, and nobody can touch you there.

  Outside those areas, on the borders, there is no protection: anything you leave unprotected can be looted or destroyed by other players, and that is within the rules. The staff will not restore builds or return items lost because a base was left unprotected, unless there was a server fault or someone broke the rules.

• ?Are ranks a monthly subscription?

  VIP is: it renews and charges every month until you cancel it on Tebex. The other five are paid once, but they also expire: they last 30 days, and Titan 60. What you claim once a month is the kit, and the bonuses are delivered automatically.

• ?Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

  Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered there are no refunds, unless the law requires it or there was an error attributable to the server.

  If you claim the money back from your bank without talking to the administration first, your purchased products can be revoked and future purchases restricted. Open a ticket before that: almost everything gets sorted by talking.

• ?If I buy a rank, am I safe from penalties?

  No. Buying a rank grants no immunity from the rules, does not clear earlier penalties and gives you no privileges over other players. Everyone is treated the same, regardless of what they have spent.

• ?When are the KOTHs?

  There is a KOTH every day, in Spanish time: Monday, Tuesday and Sunday at 02:00 and 23:00; Wednesday and Thursday at 03:00 and 23:00; Friday at 22:00; and Saturday at 23:00. On the front page you can pick your country and see those same times in yours. The idea is to capture a hill and hold it against the rest of the server.

  Whoever captures the most KOTHs by the end of the month gets a VIP rank.

• ?I've seen someone cheating. What do I do?

  Use the server's ticket system on Discord. It covers hacks, bugs, rule breaches and inappropriate behaviour.

  Bear in mind that false or manipulated reports are penalised too, so bring what you have: the name, the time and, if you can, a screenshot or a clip.

• Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of the terms

  By accessing the website or the Minecraft server, or by making a purchase in our store, you accept these Terms of Service as well as our published rules and policies.

  2. Description of the service

  IMAGINITYCRAFT offers a Minecraft community with several game modes and an official store where ranks, cosmetics, keys, kits and other digital products can be purchased.

  3. Purchases made through Tebex

  All purchases are processed securely through Tebex, our official payment provider.

  The products purchased are digital goods intended solely for use within IMAGINITYCRAFT and hold no monetary value outside the server.

  Delivery is usually automatic, although in some circumstances it may be delayed by technical problems.

  4. Refund policy

  Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  Once a product has been delivered, no refunds will be given unless applicable law requires it or there has been an error attributable to IMAGINITYCRAFT.

  If a player obtains a refund through a bank chargeback (chargeback) without contacting the administration first, IMAGINITYCRAFT may:

  • Revoke every product purchased.
  • Suspend the account temporarily or permanently.
  • Restrict future purchases.

  5. Ranks and perks

  Purchased ranks and perks:

  • Are not a subscription unless expressly stated.
  • May be changed to keep the server balanced.
  • Do not grant authority over the staff or any administrative rights.

  6. Resets and updates

  IMAGINITYCRAFT may carry out season resets, economy changes, item adjustments or content modifications.

  Wherever possible, purchased perks will be preserved, although certain items or progress may be affected by major server changes.

  7. Player conduct

  The following is prohibited:

  • Using hacks, cheats or exploits.
  • Exploiting server bugs without reporting them.
  • Harassing, threatening or seriously insulting other users.
  • Attempting to harm the server's stability.
  • Sharing illegal or malicious content.

  Breaches may lead to warnings, suspensions or permanent bans.

  8. Account suspension

  Purchases do not grant immunity from penalties.

  Any player may be penalised for breaking the rules, regardless of how much they have spent on the server.

  9. Availability

  We do not guarantee that the server or the store will be available without interruption.

  Maintenance, updates or technical incidents may occur.

  10. Intellectual property

  All original IMAGINITYCRAFT content (logos, designs, configurations, web pages, images and own content) belongs to IMAGINITYCRAFT.

  Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios. IMAGINITYCRAFT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

  11. Limitation of liability

  IMAGINITYCRAFT will not be liable for the loss of items, progress or virtual currency, or for damage arising from:

  • Technical faults.
  • Server outages.
  • The user's own connection problems.
  • Third-party failures.

  12. Data protection

  Personal data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and with applicable law.

  13. Changes

  We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website.
